I was born and grew up in 1980 in East Berlin into a creative and turbulent family history: my mum worked in East German television, my dad was a writer and lecturer and my later stepdad was a cameraman. 
Since 2000 and my first 35mm camera, I have been working constantly in the film and television business and have been on the road worldwide for countless productions such as documentaries, reports, concert recordings and image films.
